Fish Stew
Ingredients
1 lb Cod
1 lb Carrots
1 lb Potatoes
4 c Chicken Broth
4 c Water
4 c Instant Rice
2 c Corn
1 c White Wine
1/2 c cilantro
1 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Jalapeno Diced Peppers
8 cloves garlic
Directions
Cut the cod into small squares and place in a soup pot. Add the cup of wine to the pot and sprinkle the old bay on it. Heat the pot on high until wine starts to boil.
While waiting for the wine to boil, cut up the carrots and potatoes.
Pour in the chicken stock and water. Add the carrots and potatoes and reduce to medium heat.
